Refund and Returns Policy

1. Returns

In order for the return to be accepted, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all original packaging intact. Please note that items returned in unsellable condition or without packaging may be subject to a partial refund or declined return. 2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds are typically issued within 5-10 business days after your return has been received and confirmed. 5. Shipping Costs
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is a result of an error on our part (e.g., we sent you the wrong product or the item arrived damaged). In cases where the return is due to our mistake, we will reimburse the cost of return shipping. For all other returns, the cost of shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

6. Damaged or Defective Items
